The real estate market often suffers from a sharp dividing line: on one side stand commercial asset managers who think in returns and DCF models. On the other side stand traditional tradespeople and energy consultants who lose themselves in technical details.
My mission is to close this gap. With a dual qualification — a Master's in Architecture and a Diploma in Product Design — plus over 15 years of hands-on operational experience, I speak both languages fluently. I translate structural complexity directly into validated action strategies and reliable figures — independently, transparently and always with a focus on your long-term value preservation.

Most recently served as Team Leader for Construction Project Planning as well as Acquisitions & Modular Construction at LEG, one of Germany's largest listed residential real estate groups. Deep operational expertise in the strategic management of large-scale portfolios.
Responsible for the planning and execution of high-volume CAPEX measures, including innovative flagship projects in serial refurbishment and comprehensive neighbourhood developments.
Extensive hands-on experience in Technical Due Diligence (TDD). Independent technical assessment and validation of large-scale portfolios of listed residential property companies in acquisition processes.
Experience that is publicly verifiable: as project lead of Germany's first Energiesprong pilot lab for serial renovation (Mönchengladbach, five renovation projects; at the time team lead for acquisitions and modular construction at LEG), I have presented the housing industry's practical lessons at expert and government level.
