iSFP — Energy Consulting

Strategic planning of your energy-efficient renovation. I handle client acquisition and initial consultation, on-site data collection, and coordinate the creation of the individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) through my network of certified energy consultants. The BAFA subsidy application is supported, while building quality control remains with me.

The key advantage: With an iSFP you secure the government's 5 % extra bonus from the BAFA subsidy on future renovation measures.

Purchase Assistance

Identification of structural dealbreakers before the notary appointment. I examine the building fabric for hidden defects and estimate the immediate repair requirements. This gives you not only certainty but also solid arguments for your final price negotiation.

Complete property analysis including document review, cost estimate (DIN 276 / CostMap) and purchase recommendation. Optional: accompaniment to the notary appointment and drone + thermography. Turnaround time: 1–2 weeks.

Building Assessment Plus

In-depth building inspection of your property — building on the Start Check. I record the condition in detail with measured values, uncover hidden defects and age-related maintenance backlog, and develop a concrete renovation or modernisation concept.

Comprehensive condition report (20–40 pages), cost estimate per DIN 276 / CostMap, optional drone + thermography (ext. partner) and project design LPH 0 + 1 (preliminary planning). Turnaround time: 2–4 weeks.

Non-Destructive Leak Detection

Precise localisation of hidden water damage, pipe leaks and moisture sources. By combining state-of-the-art diagnostics — from high-resolution thermography to grid-based moisture measurements — I pinpoint the cause with precision. This minimises costly demolition damage to the building fabric and provides rapid certainty for repairs.

Project Management & Supervision

Independent client-side advisory — on your side as the commissioner. I coordinate all project stakeholders (designers, contractors, energy consultants), review quotations, provide tender recommendations and monitor schedules, costs and quality throughout the entire construction phase.

Scope of services: Quotation review & tender recommendation · Schedule, cost & quality control · Construction documentation & photo reports · Acceptance inspections (individual trades + final acceptance) · Defect management through to end of warranty. Duration: project-dependent (weeks to months).
