Professional Drone Surveys

High-resolution aerial imagery of rooftops, facades and hard-to-reach building areas. No scaffolding, no cherry pickers — safe, fast and cost-efficient. Drone inspections deliver detailed image data for condition assessment of roof membranes, drainage, lightning protection and facade elements.

Partner Network: Drone surveys are conducted by specialised, EU-certified partners with their own remote pilot licences and insurance coverage under the EU Drone Regulation (EASA). Coordination and structural evaluation remain with us.

Thermographic Analysis

Infrared diagnostics reveal energy losses that remain hidden to the naked eye. Thermal bridges, insulation deficiencies, moisture damage and leaks are located and documented non-destructively. The results feed directly into the structural assessment and cost indication.

Seasonal Note: Exterior thermographic imaging requires a temperature differential of at least 10 °C between indoor and outdoor temperatures. Optimal measurement period: October to March.

Structured Documentation

All results are captured in a fully digital workflow: from on-site inspection through photo-documented defect recording to the final report. No handwritten notes, no lost information — complete traceability for you, your agent or your bank.

Multi-Agent System

A system of specialised AI agents supports core processes: the StartCheck Agent generates traffic light reports from checklist data, the Back Office Agent creates proposals and invoices following CI templates. The Orchestrator coordinates the agents and ensures that every output undergoes human quality control before dispatch.

Human-in-the-Loop: No agent sends documents autonomously. Every report, every proposal and every invoice is reviewed by the principal before release.

BuildScan — Digital Condition Assessment

A Progressive Web App for mobile condition assessment directly on site. Digital checklists, photo assignment to building components and instant traffic light rating — all available offline on smartphone and tablet.

In Development: Prototype v2 is complete, checklist modules are currently being populated. Goal: fully paperless inspection from walkthrough to finished traffic light report.
